ok how to flash new cuatom rom without using the touchcreen panel

after a month updating to miui9 my mi5s touchcreen suddenly atops working... so i reset it via hard button power button and volume up key because thats the only way to reset because of not working touchscreen.. and no luck after resseting it.. but in a few seconds about 5 sec the screen...
