I just got Oreo too and the camera APK crashes when I turn on motion photos. If anyone can get it to work on their Note, pls share!

Dang and I was looking forward to Oreo thinking it might make motion photos work. Did a reinstall help? Which version of the app are you using?

I have that selected and i can't see the motion photos. Maybe it's because I have a Note 8 running nougat?

Thank you! Works great now. I used to use 2 apps one for back camera and one for front with for portrait mode! Only thing that doesn't work is the "sharpen picture". Freezes the camera. Thx for this!

This is what I mean. With pixel XL for model, low light selfies with portrait looks really bad. If you select 6p for model low light portrait selfies look great. Try it.

Do you have 6p set for both model and config camera her?

On my note8, when I choose Nexus 6p, the back camera would kind of start snapping the picture but would then pause. Then the screen gets dark for like 2 seconds then is back to normal. The picture is not recorded. Once this happens for the first time, the "HDR+" would no longer show the ✓...

The front camera works great in portrait mode in good lighting. You can make it work in low light by choosing Nexus 6p model but that makes the back camera not work.
