I'm getting crazy battery drain from Google Play Services on CRB1. Did a factory reset in hopes it would fix it. No luck. Drained from 100% to 45% overnight with no AOD on. Anyone else seeing this kind of issue?

Sounds like you have stamina mode on. It makes animations instant.

Have you found a solution? I went to edit the permissions and didn't even see the external storage permission in the file, so I'm not sure it's as simple as it used to be.

Has anybody tried to encrypt after rooting?

I will as soon as I get a chance. Just couldn't be without my phone for long tonight so when I had issues I had to restore. I should be able to fully test later tonight or tomorrow.

Flashed in TWRP. Didn't connect to PC. I didn't try any other mods. I just flashed the base rom, rebooted and let it settle, then flashed the black UI mod and rebooted. Since that didn't work, I restored from nandroid. I don't know if any of the other mods are working because I didn't give them...

Same issue here. Base rom boots up fine but if I go back into recovery and flash the black ui mod after letting the rom settle the rom becomes useless. Boots up but immediately freezes and USB Connectivity force closes.

It worked fine on V12. I noticed that people using eXistenZ rom also had the issue. Not sure if that's helpful at all. Every other app works fine, but Textra will force close immediately upon reboot. If I then open the app , it functions perfectly.

Textra crashes on boot, but otherwise works fine. No other bugs that I have come across, but I agree that the volumes could use some tweaking.

Will we be able to launch small apps from the sidebar? I love the Slim Recents but use a couple of the small apps and need access to them occasionally.

I can't seem to get back into recovery. The phone just reboots no matter which method I use. Did I screw up somewhere? Anybody know how to fix? I'm at work and don't have access to my computer.

I just tried to flash in TWRP. Only wiped data and caches before flashing. Process failed after trying to set permissions and said that the updater binary failed.
