You have to fastboot flash the correct ROM. Need to unlock bootloader first.

What rom are you using?

It will wipe the cust partition. I don't recommend it though if you want to go back to MIUI..

I'm not sure why it won't show on your device. I have it on mine. I'm using the China Dev rom though, and I'm in Indonesia, maybe it's a carrier specific thing?
