Alright it has failed 2 times, I have repeated it like it tells me to at the bottom. Download mode says "WRITE PROTECTION: Enable", is that my problem?

Alright here is what happens: Gave Root Permission > Declined BusyBox and (Accepted Both) > Install TWRP > Device Name > "Please Wait" "Loading plase wait.." and it is stuck doing that. To stop the program I have to hold down the home button and kill the app.

Alright, I got it rooted, but the apps wont install the recovery. The little android guy is dead and it is the original one. I tried both apps and both CWM and TW.
