iirc i think everyone was having difficulties just getting the 32 bit roms they built to boot. 64 bit is just as you say a result of porting from another device. I don't think i can help with the tree/source/overlay but i can get you access to a fast server to do builds on if that would help...

I have an r1 hd running one of the cm 14.1 roms and have the same nodes in dev but the permissions on 235, 240, and 239 are root.root 0600 instead of system.camera.

Any thoughts of adding a search function to make this more of a complete replacement for the play store?
