Guys, do we need to wipe any malware in limoncello rom?

Hi guys, i received this phone today. When using the camera it is a bit slow (specially when using the flash) and it doesn't have the best quality. I have the original rom, does it work better in a newer rom such as limoncello or AOSP V4???

I want to see a full review before buy it but it need to get out till the end of the month (30€ discount on their website).
