which phone you have? what problem you are facing explain?
first connect device then type commands in terminal step by step ? right ?
edit: i do not have any cd. just install ubuntu on win 7. now running ubuntu. that question irritate you on that level of knowledge. apology for that. i am new that is why facing problem. is it all right ? any thing...
64 bit ubuntu. my device is htc sensation z710e.
you can also see in attached picture ubuntu file 64 bit.iso and sensation unbrick package file.

needs you little bit help
1. Boot the linux box and download the appropriate package for the device.
WARNING: IT IS DEVICE SPECIFIC. DO NOT USE THE XE VERSION ON A 4G/ORIGINAL SENSATION AND VICE VERSA
2. Extract the package in the home directory
3. Open up a terminal
4. Remove SIM, microSD card...
