Lavasnake54, Right after flashing ROM before rebooting. Let the phone load in fully then reboot again.

When you install select the don't wipe anything option and it will keep your settings etc. That's what I've done for they past 3 updates.

Just installed latest version and rubbing very well. Does tgp kernel work still if flashed separately after everything has been installed and set up or would it be best to stay on stock kernel ? Thanks
