I bought an HD 8 2018 as my Lenovo Tab 2 A10 has a faulty USB port and I installed the Google Play and App packages, but it quickly became unusable. I have since restored the tablet so that it's usable, but I prefer to use Google apps for many things. Does the 10 suffer from the same issue? Thanks

Never managed to get a reply from Huawei, but today I got a firmware update notice that actually rolled back the firmware, and now it's downloading 9.1 Still had the 3 boot logo, but I can live with that if it actually updates to 9.1!

How did you contact Huawei? I used the website a few weeks ago but never got a reply.

I currently have a 32Gb Note 3 and my contract is ending (T-mobile UK), so I'm looking for a new phone, but with the influx of cheaper brands I'm struggling a bit :) I like my Note 3, but it does have major problems with the bluetooth crashing (have to toggle flight mode to get it working)...

Solved it. PC companion wouldn't detect it, couldn't install google/sony/universal adb drivers but the Samsung adb Dover was listed so I tried that and it works :o

I've tried Google Tracks, Nokia Here and the gps Wear GPS but I can't get any to work with the built in GPS. I've tried with the phone connected (Note 3) and location on and off, and with the phone disconnected. Tracks records no location data, Here never pics up my location and Wear GPS...

I'm using 8.5.A.0.6

Create a play list and make sure both the phone and watch have at least 75% battery. View the pkaylist in on the phone and there's a switch to download to the watch. It took a while to transfer 700Mb.

The music is uploaded to Google Play (and then downloaded to the phone). I'll try the Walkman route and see how that goes

Both were plugged in and at 100% for about 5 hours :o
