Hello again, I am on 20190204-NIGHTLY version. I am getting this message "KERNEL IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING" in red fonts during the booting. There is no problem in booting or later while working. It is not this ROM. You probably are on firmware EMG4. This firmware changes the format of EFS file, so it becomes unusable if you go back to any firmware before EMG4. That is, whatever ROM or stock firmware older than EMG4 is unusable unless you replace your EFS with a backup that you have made...
