Post [Kernel] (ver 041) Mako KK 4.4 (UV/OTG/CPU/GPU OC/Hybrid Linux 3.4+) [08-02-14]
It should as PA 3.9 is based on AOSP. Prior to flashing extract the boot.img as a backup or find the stock AOSP kernel and re-flash if necessary. I had issues with previous versions of this kernel for 4.3 but the one posted works great with AOSP roms.- Fedburin

Post [DER KERNEL] Trinity Four (4.2/4.3)
When I flashed this kernel I ended up with tearing. When I flashed back the boot.img from the ROM and the tearing was gone. I am assuming that the kernel flash went through even if the description wasn't updated. Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda premium- Fedburin
