No issues here. I'm Bluetooth tethering from my nexus 4 as we speak. Works like a charm. Turned on the Bluetooth tethering option on my phone, then turned on Bluetooth on the tablet. Selected the nexus 4 and checked the box that says use for internet access. Easy breezy.. Sent from my Nexus...
