Update: almost a month later my screen protector still looks, works and fits great. Be awesome is they would STOP cutting out for the Samsung logo, hate that. This is the same protector "freak" broke, so evidently it will not work with hard snap on cases (doubt you will find one that will)...

So you got a replacement phone, and it's doing the same thing? If so , maybe its an app you are downloading. I never heard of this problem, and it's odd that it would happen to you 2 times in a row, if that's the case

Just pop your phone in, and it will prompt you to download it automatically

Are you using a hard shell, snap on case?

Yes you see the screen dot matrix with the screen off, and viewed at an angle. It doesn't affect the screen quality and can't see it when it's turned on. It reminds me of the LG g2 screen if you ever had one of those.

Hey, hope you read the part where you can see the dot matrix at an angle. If that bothers you. You'll be disappointed. Just a heads up. Also I recommend aligning the top cutouts first, bc if you misalign it , you can't peel it back up to retry wo breaking it. Gl man ---------- Post added...
