Looks like taken through a glass window seeing the ghost indoor lamps reflecting in the pictures.

Only flashed PDA got latest rom from here http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/search/Gt-i8160/

Flashed latest stock rom then installed working TeamCanjica rom again.

Odin is for me also only way to get it working again stuck on samsung logo rebooting over and over. Tried also just flashing the kernel with TeamCanjica rom it boots then but cant get into recovery. Then tried latest Ace2Nutzer rom and kernel that was working so i tried this rom again and again...

You probably downloaded "SGS3 V4 Beta1" Download "SGS3 V4.0" and "v5 patch"from the thread below no need to flash all betas as far as i can read. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2203244
