Wait a sec. It seems I could flash the kernel in flash mode. It was keep disconnecting but finally the sony logo appeared and it booted to the system. It doesn't work properly, and it's very slow, but now I can get into CWM. Do you have any suggestion which ROM should I install on it?

I understand what you are saying. But flashtool doesn't let me flash kernel in flash mode. So it's a catch 22? After all this means that it's already bricked, isn't it?

OK, to be honest I don't get any of that. What is towelroot, how to install super su and how to update its binary? Also what do you mean "let it load" (ftf)? I have to mention that the bootloader is locked because it can't be unlocked.
