    I had the same problem but it suddenly started working. Not sure if it was a coincidence but it activated after turning off the 'Video calling' feature under the 'Wifi calling' option. Also, search for 'WiFi-calling' in settings, select it, tap Battery, and make sure 'Optimized battery usage'...

    I had the same issue. Our phones do not play well with some wifi routers, in my case it was a dlink 655. Try turning the wifi off and monitor the battery. I suspect it will be much better. Only solution for me was to switch routers. Sent from my SCH-I605 using xda app-developers app
