if you're referring to the Motorola bootloader unlocking website, then yes.

It's metropcs. lenovo forums wasn't that much of help, but they did help. They told me to search for the cid, which was 0x0016, but they stop there saying it wont work because its unknown cid for them, or something like that Edit: Motorola's tool?

Cant unlock the bootloader for the XT1765 in order to get root, already talked to the guys at lenovo for that, is there a way to root this phone or is all hope lost?

Anyone knows why I can't unlock the bootloader for the Moto e4, it's a MetroPCS Variant and i went ahead to the Motorola's bootloader site to unlock, typed in everything correctly but says can't be unlocked, I really want to root this phone.

Installation help? Well, this is my 1st time trying to comprehend how to install root on the on5 from metro, is there a fully detailed video somewhere, does it require a non rooted on5, or a twrp one, i havent had this much stress since rooting on the 7040N on the first hour the root was released.
