anyone know these circles are for on the metal frame of the nexus 7?

before youtube was updated, i used to be able to lock youtube videos from rotating from landscape and portrait. anyway of locking this down?

i just picked up my first nexus 7 tablet and i love it so far. is there an app that allow me to auto scroll back to the top, like in iOS where i table the clock and it will bring me back to the top of the page?

came home last night from work and ICS was waiting for me. ICS is so much snapper than honeycomb. the xoom is like a new tablet now. also, i can finally do screen capture without rooting it. i was holding back on rooting my xoom for so long.
