Happens the same to me, I can't install too much apps (don't like to deal with SD cards, bad experiences). I'm waiting for 28th (European version), probably, they have different stock reserved to Europe.

Hi guys, I'm thinking of getting the 128GB version of 1+3T, but I'm not sure if it worths or not. I currently have 16GB of storage (Galaxy Note 2) and, maybe, this could be a lot of space for me (I'm a normal root user;)) What do you think guys? Which version will you buy? Why? Thanks, Fran
