I do want to report that the bluetooth call quality has improved 100% with the 9/11 build. The 9/8 build was bearable but the new build is crystal clear. Also, Watch On works with the 9/11 build, not sure why it didn't work with my 9/8 build? (worked fine with my friends on 9/8 but not mine)...

I did the update last night to try and fix the issue but no luck with the new version. The new version of HTC Sync actually crashes where as the old version just gave a 51 error. I'm on Mac but I will see if running the windows version makes a difference Sent from my HTC One using xda premium
