Btw i jist got done testing for V/qualcomm for 6 mo on some newer "microcell" stuff they might deploy in the cities. Wimax w/backhaul idea... anyway speeds were topped at about 38M and that wasnt steady..most were 15-22M depending on the test parameters. ATT is doing all of that by my tests...
