What you need to is, after applying the numbers either reboot or turn the screen off. that usully works.

I actually, flashed Flash kernel on this rom. I believe you have to do the same thing. Even after flashing the kernel i still had the same problem but I set the color to saturated and reboot the phone and i was good.

Reboot the phone and you can get it fixed.
