I have the tether_dun_required with a value of 0 and also I edited my APN settings. I have had zero luck thus far. All I get is this:

I have not yet applied the settings.db fix. How would I go about doing that?

Couldn't get it to work, for some odd reason, windows can't find a default gateway. If this is the case, I'm wondering if I can statically add the default gateway. It would be the IP address of the phone I assume right? I notice though that T-mobile uses IPv6 addresses. What settings do you use...

Yah I have tried this, this problem does not seem to be only situated to Windows OS (I'm on Windows 8.1). I have tried tethering to other Android devices, does not work, I tried tethering to an iPad and that does not work as well.

That's besides the point, it has nothing to do with user agent, It just won't connect to the wireless tethered network. I get "limited" connectivity. Meaning it won't even ever go to the T-mobile site that gives you the warning. Tethering to Android devices and iOS devices don't work as well...
