It is disabled due to Indian regulations/law Indian law requires that when the power button is clicked 3 times in a row it should call emergency number 112 If they enable 2 click camera launch many users will be accidentally calling emergency number. I personally think 3 click emergency...

It just might be wifi congestion try to use 5Ghz band (it has low range but less congestion) you can even try to change the wifi channel in your router and see if it helps

If your phone is working and does not have any kind of lock and if there is no way to return i would suggest to just forget everything and use it like a new phone

I usually have zero lag, but sometimes it does lag and usually it's some app running in background causing it, sometimes even if a samsung app is being updated in background causes it, but most of the times it's very quick with no lag

It's best to return it, I'm from Asia and i never bought unsealed phone, I've even been to HK and even bought Moto Milestone few years ago and i got it sealed, i even bought an iPhone 5S from Singapore once, i got it sealed pack and i live in India, even in India i always got sealed phone

Hey Guys I accidentally found that Galaxy S8/S8+ can be used as wifi repeater. All you have to do is just connect to your WIFI router via wifi, then enable mobile hotspot/tether and then the wifi hotspot that's created it actually routes traffic via the WIFI router and not via your Cellular...
