Thanks my friend. But had a bad experience. I flashed the MI Chinese Stable Rom thru MI Flash. Sadly device got locked stating that this device id is associated with another device. Could not go beyond the startup menu. Could not even shut my phone. Went to the service center and back on Global...

I tired flashing a dev rom.. Got locked at startup saying that this device is associated to another MI id. Had to rush to the service center to format my phone. Could not even switch it off... Could u please explain the steps in detail. It will be a great help. I am on 7.3.6 Global Stable

Understand that falshing the China Dev Rom gains Root access. Tell me does it affect any future OTAs ? or warranty ? And does chinese spam appear .. I just want root access and continue using my phone normally. ( and receive future OTAs) What would u recommend. ??
