Hey all, flashed the new ROM just now. does anyone know where the setting went to switch between two apps by holding down the recents button. I used to use that all the time, now I can't find it...

Haha, that's a great question, I dunno. In the beginning (first year), it's just carelessness, in and out of an airplane all day long, in and out of my pocket, I'm not careful with it. Toward the second year I'm like, well, it if breaks... no big deal, there's a shiny new model out right now...

Hmm, have you tried ordering another one (if it's available) and seeing if that one goes to Processing right away. I did that on an Aluminum and it worked out, their system is broken, carpe diem!

Downloaded and zoomed way in on a few of those pics in post #1. There is a clear mark just below the aluminum damage on the plastic case where the plastic edge is no longer sharp but dulled in that exact spot from an impact. It certainly appears that the phone actually hit something in this...

After I went to Processing it took 2 days to get the ship email.

Ordered the 64GB Aluminum yesterday afternoon, pending to processing almost immediately, shipped at 4pm today, delivery on Monday. They upgraded shipping without asking. The system is broken, maybe all those in pending hell should reorder and as soon as it goes processing cancel the other one...
