make sure that your phone does not have USB debugging on. Also make sure you are using OEM cable (from any brand really). COnnect to a USB 2 por and go to www.motorola.com/verizonsoftwareupdatewin (if you have a windows computer) or replace win with mac Download, install, and run software...

Alright so I don't know what the deal is... My battery life took a dump... Barely 3hrs of SOT for the past couple of days

Idk... Unplug around 0700am and plugged it at 0030. That's usually around what I get. Not really complaining though... My s6 gets me around 3 hrs SOT max. This thing is almost double. Especially on WiFi. No battery saving at all and adaptive brightness on, with slider at about half way

Here are my stats. Couple of phone calls and about 5hrs of SOT. Idk what the deal is with the Android OS though!

Same here. Coming from a gs6 (same camera as note 5) and the results are negligible to my eyes. I always wonder about reviewers noting this extreme differences between iPhones and Samsungs vs any other phone.

And a better design and build quality/ materials in my opinion (plus Moto maker if you're into that) Also a huge improvement in camera (tied in #3 with the Nexus 6p according to Dxomark ) Louder speaker. Still only. Mono though. Micro sd. Shatterproof. Overall an incremental improvement...

Cpu: every cpu is like that. It's an advertising thing. True but not the whole truth. IR: no where in the specs you get IR blaster... The IR they're referring to are the ones located on each of the four (3on this turbo) corners of the screen (better visible at night or on the white model)

Yes. It only has one speaker on the bottom right. It does get fairly loud though. Decent sounding speaker
