I tried flashing 10/29/2016, and camera (the old one and OnePlus) are working in video again without the green bar/flashes.

Yeah, I also tried it, but still has the green bar at the bottom, with some colors shifted.

I tried stock camera, and OnePlus Camera, and set selinux to permissive, but still have the green bar issue. Any more recommendations I can try? (I'm using 20160929 nougat 7.0)
