Hello gaurav_maddy2004, to jailbreak an ipod touch 1G is easy job.. you just need some applications :
QuickPWN (http://www.quickpwn.com/search/label/Download%20QuickPWN)
iPod Touch 2.2 Fw (http://www.freeappleipodtouch.com/2008/11/download-ipod-touch-22.html)
and so much luck.
First, you need to instal the FW 2.2 with iTunes
Right Click on Restore Ipod and select the .ipsw you downloaded from that page
It will automatically install it.
When it has finished, you will have FW 2.2 on your ipod touch, well... its time to jailbreak.
Open quickPWN, follow the instructions.
Its very easy job.
(**Note: You must use Restore ipod and not Actualize, because if you use actualize you will get an error .)
