Yes, both Portugues (Brasil) and Portugues (Portugal) but you may need to have US HC first and then change language in settings. This is an update to your current ROM, not a new ROM.

I was under the impression that I needed to flash the kernel on the target device before restoring a backup from the device that was running the kernel. Is the kernel IN the backup and then would be installed on the target device?
