    I have the same problem. Asus ZenFone 5, Android 4.4, not rooted. I suspect that the problem occurs when changing connection types, e. g. Wifi => 3G => 2G, because it never happens when I am at home, where I have wifi/good 3G connection. Any idea what should I look for in adb logcat?

    "Set DNS" feature is superb! the "set DNS" feature is superb! do you think you might add the possibility to set a non-standard port for DNS? I am running my own DNS at home that blocks ads as well and it would be nice to have the possibility to move it to non standard port. Maybe it is too...
