Ordered the Ultra 512gb. Sucks that it only comes in black. Buds Live, Fast Charge and UV Sanitizer. $948 with tax and my card was charged....actually it was charged that amount twice but now I see the credit for one.

I had the same issue and ended up selling my Icons after using the buds for a few days. I don't miss fitness tracking since I have a galaxy watch and I never used the on board storage. Buds are smaller, lighter, more comfortable and have wireless charging.

I pre-ordered through Best Buy [Verizon] (that experience was terrible, btw). I registered and submitted on Sunday and got approved yesterday. Delivery should not take more than a day to process since they should only need to review your proof of purchase. It's just digital credit from Samsung.

FWIW, I've kept every pen from every Note upgrade after 7...and I plan to keep that going. No issues with my trade in value.

How are you guys getting $600 for your Note 9's? When I went through the process on Samsung they only offered me $450. Are you including the $150 in credits in that total? I just preordered from Best Buy. They gave me $600 for the trade in. I read somewhere that I still get the Samsung...

Write On PDF should come with the phone, or needs to be downloaded in the Galaxy Apps store. It took me a while to find it, but just go into Settings, Apps, Default Apps and change it to "ask before setting default apps."

The one thing that kept me from buying the Samsung rugged case was the disclaimer that it doesn't work with wireless charging. I saw buried within another thread that it does work so I ran over to Best Buy to test it out. Took the case out of the package and used their display wireless charger...
