It Seems that adreno 510 is incompatible we also had another person with adreno 510 and he flashed it and got the same problem as you- Gigdig

havoc os v3.3 my device is a xioami Redmi 5 my rom vendor is havoc os v3.3 rosy and I flashed v454 opengl es treble driver and vulkan 1.1.128 treble driver and it booted properly and I have no issues with it. you also have to use xdoge recovery not the original twrp (adreno 506)- Gigdig
