    Same problem here, but not solved. Yesterday evening my ZE551ML started to overheat, and i shutted it down. Then I tried to power it on, without results. I left charging all night, and this morning it powered on for 30 seconds, but wifi wasn't working, neither physical buttons and vibration too...

    I tried a factory reset, without results. I'm going to try to download the update from Asus website, hoping that it will find it when i put it in the root of the sdcard. I'll let you know!
