    Post [ROM][6P][7.1.2_r24]★ Pure Nexus ★ Substratum | Fi | WiFi Calling ★[07/25/17]

The PureNexus Build Prop editor doesn't work for me either, so I had to download an editor from Play Store to fix the voice canceling problem.

What is the difference between the three different GApps options?

Post Stock Rom or Custom Rom?

Stock + Systemless Xposed - I don't see how something like Pure Nexus could be better than manually choosing Xposed modules and the ability to use OTA updates. Is there any advantage or unique feature I would get by using Pure Nexus?

    Post [GUIDE] Building Pure Nexus

I tried it for the first time and got a zip file, but there were hundreds of warnings like comparison of integers of different signs: 'int' and 'unsigned int' [-Wsign-compare] unused parameter 'rw_type' [-Wunused-parameter] unused variable 'retval' [-Wunused-variable] variable 'crc' is used...

Post [GUIDE] Unlock/Root/Flash for Nexus 6P

Is it recommended to install SuperSu and Xposed at the same time with TWRP without rebooting the device or rebooting the bootloader/recovery between the steps? And is it recommended to install both packages after updating to a new build of the stock ROM without booting into the new stock ROM...

    Post Screen on time

I got 5h41m average screen on time for the last 7 days, without any optimization tools. With wifi on, bluetooth on, IMAP push and 1-3 hours of phone calls, I get an average of 30 hours of usage.

Post How to get back to stock rom with root n able to get OTA updates from google

If you don't want to remove root/su/Xposed permanently, it makes no sense to use OTA-updates. Just follow step 10 of the guide by Heisenberg and re-flash SuperSu (systemless) and Xposed afterwards. Preparing the device for OTA is possible, but doesn't save you time. Heisenberg: Maybe you could...

Thread Quick overview of targeted SDK version for all installed apps?

Is there a good app to get a quick overview of all installed apps, their targeted SDK and if they use the new 6.x backup feature? The app should at least be able to show a list of all installed apps and sort them by "Target SDK". It would be even better, if it could check, if the developer...

In that case, the option and dialogs to turn that behavior off are useless.

    Post Password on Bootup

Same problem here. I selected 'No thanks' (don't ask for a password on reboot), but it still asks for a password after I use my fingerprint every time I reboot the phone. Changing from password to pattern and back and turning "ask for password" on/off didn't help.

Post [GUIDE] Unlock/Root/Flash for Nexus 6P

Thank you for your tutorial. Everything worked without problems, but I have some questions to better understand the process: 1. On which partition(s) is SuperSU (systemless) installed if I install the ZIP through TWRP? Will it modify the boot image immediately or during first boot? 2. What...

    Post Why did you Root?

As far as I know, it only works if you have a Youtube Red subscription. It didn't work for me without the Xposed module.

    Post Why did you Root?

My main reason for root is one handed operation: - GravityBox (switch back button and recent apps button for much better one handed operation) - Niwatori One Handed Mode (essential for one handed operation - iPhone style and Samsung style possible) Other features I use, but none of them would...
