    which rom are you on? pretty much all you have to do is: 1. Download the rom 2. place it in your sd card 3. go into recovery(use Ra recovery) 4.wipe everything(userdata,cache,dalvik cache everything) 5. install zip from sdcard 6. flash rom 7. enjoy :)
