I did all and continues. When I reinstall all (busybox off, the manager... Original kernel...) at the first time ohh I recover the root *five minutes later>> root gone. All this things are saying me "change to supersu and forget Magisk." xD

Hello there. I have a problem. I dont know the source, (the rom or Magisk) but I updated to the last build and I lose the root on the rom.

Guys, I´m sorry for the double post but I reinstaled it and nothing, the magisk managers says that the phone is not rooted. ***NEW: The problem is busybox. Uninstall it, reinstall magisk and problem solved.

So you are saying that I have to flash it in the same process, all together*, not flash, reboot and later flash the magisk zip? *(Flash> mount rom zip+gapps+magisk)

Im on Resurrection Remix and when I install a Rom update, the managers "loses the root" too, I download the zip (and flash it) again and its a lucky strike if when the phone reboots, the magisk returns to normal and regain the root.

[/U] Yeah, this mobile sucks. My mom lend me it and its horrible. I lost the system (you know) and the mobile update (Alcatel) don´t do any. I put it, the mobile sometimes its not recognized... No more. Alcatel, not again.

Please, I´m going to try anything for recover it.

Yes, please. I try to recover it with the "mobile upgrade" and that not work.

I have the same problem and I can´t find any.

I´ts work great on my Z C6603 with locked bootloader. Now "I´m g-root... :P
