simple as pie really easy. just download the rom and put it on your phone sdcard. then go into clockworkmod and do a nandroid back up. after that, do a complete wipe, delete cache and then choose install zip from sdcard and then choose the rom you downloaded and then follow directions...

I'm having the same problems as molesaied88 (random ringtone and no cube thingy). Also, the first splash screen doens't cover the whole screen. could these 2 be connected? Also, i'm kinda new at this. is there windows live on this rom? if not, is there a way to get it?
