Update : I have been using BlackBerry Hub and if I read the emails thru there then the attachments open up just fine.

Thank you for your reply tzadkiel2. Update : I have installed BlackBerry Hub and am using it. If I open the email attachments (Word/Excel) then it opens up fine! For now I am using this work around.

Thank you for your reply RedSkull23. It does seem like it is a problem within the MS app. I will try to contact them and inform them about the problem, in case it gets rectified and benefits others. Thank you.

Thank you for your reply Nollie8969. Yes, I assume it is some problem with MS Word & Excel and how the phone is handling them. Funny thing is; if I open the app (MS Word/Excel) and then select documents to open it works fine, but if I try to open from File Manager or Downloads then it does...
