I have had this happen with me on my Titan which I recently traded in for my Touch Pro, and also on my Touch Pro. I noticed it coincided with installing iGo8 GPS software on both. A hard reset was the only way I found to fix it. Uninstalling the software did not do the trick. I could be wrong...
