Not all 1572s have had the update. I'm in the UK with a ret (retail - no carrier) model and still no update :crying: Feeling quite let down.

I use a small soft-bristled artist's paint brush and just lightly brush over the speaker slots while gently blowing on them. I wouldn't go blasting compressed air at them - may do some damage?

Have you checked if Mazda have issued a software update ? I know the car is a 2016 model, but often the factory loaded software is already out-of-date. I bought a new BMW in 2014, and there was already a bluetooth software update available on the BMW website, adding compatibility for a lot more...
