Juat noticed that my bootloader now says ****TAMPERED**** AND ***UNLOCKED**** not sure why or what this means or how much of a probelm this is

Thanks went through the process again this morning, following advice and steps - worked fine today. didnt do anything different - but at least I now have recovery flashed, maybe i'd left a space or something in the rename last time. anyway all done cheers

Hi I unlocked my phone - HTC One (m7) using the HTCDev.com/bootloader. Fastboot says its ***UNLOCKED*** Ive been trying to "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img" - Ive tried TWRP and Clockwork, both just sit at: "sending 'recovery' (xxxx KB)... ". "fastboot erase cache erasing 'cache'... OKAY"...

Similar issue here, juopontbear is no longer supporting windows, no download available. Ive tried to use the Revolutionary version but i have HBOOT 1.29, and thats not supported. Are there no Simple ways to S-OFF??

Damn, Ive done the unlock and messed with a few ROM's, Much Fun. but all the S-OFF methods look so damn complicated, or want to lower my HBoot which method do you recommend?

i feel kinda daft asking this, but I've been trying to modify my Splash Screen with zero success. on all the pages I've looked at I haven't mentioned S-OFF or S-ON, but using either PG58IMG.zip or fastboot splash seem to fail. is this because my phone is S-ON? Cheers

after much searching and trying a few other ROM, I found a comment about other ppl having issues with ROM. but fine with the Stock ROM. I have just put the Stock rROM on, its connected to wifi straight away. hope it lasts!

Sorry, I cant recall the error from flashing the Kernel. I have tried to flash Recover.img and add 4Ext, however it seems I have TWRP 2.3.x i did also flash the Boot.img for the DarkForest ROM to see if that made a difference.. nope nothing also was directed to the PG58IMG.zip to fix firmware...
