is it just me or f.lux dont work with the stock kernel in v 3.3 ?

I guys need a pro tip here, Im running G920F with latest v3.3 and stock kernel. For some reason f.lux app dont work. If i flash other kernels like arter , hacker or adam it works but i want to stick with stock kernel. Is there anybody who can help?? Tks
