You have PAK firmware , now see only if you have crl3 firmware , finally i had flashed without ant issue i had downloaded the update.zip directly from the phone renamed in update.zip the file and flashed from the recovery, eveything works !

The btu variant Is the no brand for the s8 from uk, you Can found your actual firmare in setting- Info about phone-software info-version SW and than you Can see ITV,BTU,PHN ECC...

i think it works only on the BTU variant , now i'm on the CRL3 ITV and the update.zip flash to fail with error code 7 :crying:

Thanks the replies ! After the "flash" (It last about 10 sec.) The phone boot as normal but Nothing changes the firmware Is ever the same, so you think i Need to flash with CSC instead of home CSC ?

Guys Sorry if i go a Little bit in OT but i have another question , if i try to downgrade to the crl3 without lose my data (set home CSC in odin) when i start flash odin, It flash only modem.bin infact the flash Will pass in about 10 sec than the phone reboot and Nothing changes... Why ...
