It was 10s, now set to 20s. Now set only to gmail. Still not working. I don't have any other apps installed that could interfere. Thanks for your effort.

Yes, checked several times. Rebooting the phone didn't change anything, too.

I installed the app on my Pixel 3 and set it up. I even set up the filter to let all installed apps "Pulse". Unfortunately there pulses nothing.
