kernel is a self running program that knows where and how to boot your device (Rom) so if u dey develop a Rom it has to match the kernel signature or know how to boot the rom

I haven't flash the twrp backup...I am using the Sm-G9350FD, I just want to ask I notice that at the end of my imei numbers there is a slash 1 (/1) there but on the pack of the cell phone there is a slash 4 (/4) maybe it's related to why the cell signal keeps fluctuating....?
