Try doing the same thing again. This time, make sure you only edit the updater script and nothing else gets deleted. The update-binary is right there beside updater script.

Clean flashed the latest version. The torch issue while rebooting with wifi is still present. Also, now the location tile does not have the three modes. Other than that, everything is smooth and works great.

Hi dev! The new update is really great! Just a little problem with me, since yesterday, torch(flashlight) doesn't work. Even the qs tile is greyed out. It works after wiping dalvik cache, but after another reboot, it stops working again. P.S. It was the same before the update.

Just want to say this ROM is pure bliss. It has enough free ram, no lag, enough free storage space somehow. And more than enough customisation. Thanks to the developer! Land is alive thanks to you guys.
