Believe me it looks like the toolbox but it is not. It just happen on some apps (not all). It is greyed out (instead of S5 Toolbox which is white) and it does nothing (but can be dragged around lol) For example Facebook doesn't have it.

Air view dont work with finger for obvious reason that the hardware supporting it do not exist in Note 2. So the setting is there but it will never work.

The changes didnt stick after reboot. Think something is incompatible with the new base maybe.
