IIRC it's called "drawer home" in english app store. my huawei ID region is in China so I'm using the chinese app store, and I'm able to find "华为桌面" in it.

You don't need factory reset to bring back the emui launcher if you removed it with adb shell. you can always reinstall it via huawei's app store. Removing the emui launcher causes gesture navigation to stop working, as well as the ultra power saving mode.
